Yesterday, we watched UAAP Volleyball game of UST and DLSU. When we arrived there, we were shocked to see tons of people watching. We were so far from the court (which we are not used to).
When the game was about to start, people there were all cheering for UST and DLSU. There were a lot of people supporting UST. Almost 3/4 of the arena was filled by UST supporters.
Finally the game started. UST got the first point. As the time passed by, UST and DLSU had a neck to neck battle. To cut the story short, UST got the 1st set. Then for the 2nd set, DLSU got it. But during 2nd set, some supporters of UST started saying boo whenever it’s DLSU’s turn to serve. I’m a supporter of UST but I didn’t say boo. I was like “geez people, don’t you have some manners and some sportsmanship?” . I pity the players of DLSU. :( They were so humble. I love UST and DLSU players. People were so mean that time. oh well, I’ll continue. UST got the 3rd set and for the 4th set, DLSU won. So, the 5th set was the deciding match. At first UST was leading but DLSU was able to catch up. Still, many people were saying boo to DLSU. They had a deuce. It was a neck to neck match but UST wasn’t lucky enough to take home the bacon. DLSU took it away with the score of 17-15.

I felt so sad because I thought UST will won. I felt like a I was a player too. It was so heartbreaking. DLSU players were so nice and humble. After the game, they hugged and kissed the players of UST. Abby Marano was the nicest one.
This was the last game of UST. I hope that they’ll get into the Finals. I still believe in UST WVT. :) I know they can do it. I commend all of them because they really improved a lot! I didn’t expect that the game will be that exciting, honestly. I’ll still pray that UST will get into the Finals! ONE FOR UST! :)
